How many images will we receive?
I do not have a capped number of images. The number does vary, normally between 600 – 700 high resolution, enhanced images for a full day. These are a combination of both black and white and coloured images.
How long will it take to get our images?
The suspense for waiting on images is the worst! I try to have them out to you as soon as possible, during the busiest times of the year this may take 6-8 weeks. All images are 100% my work, I do not outsource editing or sub contract. I do not batch edit which means each individual image gets my complete attention. This is the reason I only take only a selected number of weddings each year, to ensure wait times are kept to a minimum.
How do we receive our images?
Images are delivered via an online gallery, you also receive a USB with all the high resolution edited images.
Do you offer prints?
Yes I can definitely arrange professional prints and framing. I highly recommend these. After receiving image some couple wait years to have images printed or displayed, ordering them through me makes the process very easy. They also make a great gift for family and close friends!
Do you offer albums?
I surely do, I offer a range of fine art albums that have magnificent quality that I personally design. Your wedding images are very special and you want to show all your friends and family, but an album is something that lasts, and is something to show not only your kids but your grandkids and generations to come!
Do you have insurance?
I surely do.
Do you have back up Gear?
I have back up everything! Back up cameras, lenses, flashes, batteries, memory cards etc. Should something malfunction on the day, you will never know, as I will have something in my trusty camera bag to instantly replace it.
What are your payment terms?
I do require a $250 non-refundable deposit to secure your wedding date. The balance of your payment is due one month before the wedding date.
How far in advance do we need to book?
I work on a first in best dressed system, unfortunately I do not take tentative bookings. I cannot secure or hold a date without a deposit. I do get booked out for wedding 12 months in advance, sometimes longer. I hate to disappoint so if you are considering having me capture your special day please get in touch sooner than later, as popular dates fill very quickly.
